Live chat that was there for the whole session.
The widget in the bottom right of this page is the real one. It runs against the real server, with the real rules. Try it.

What you get out of it
A chat that knows what just happened on your site – and speaks up before someone gives up.
It starts the conversation
When a form gets stuck or someone clicks the same spot three times, the widget asks – with a small bubble, not a window in your face.
Your team sees what happened
Every conversation comes with the session before it. No more “could you describe that again?” – you can see it.
It does not slow your site down
The widget loads after your page, fetches nothing from other servers, and shifts nothing when it appears. On phones too.
It looks like you
Colour, logo, launcher shape, your own CSS. And it stays readable – even if your brand colour is yellow.
No message is lost
If the connection drops, the message waits and goes out as soon as it can. Nothing arrives twice.
It fits your tools
Slack, e-mail, Shopify, HubSpot, Zendesk and more. If a service hangs, it waits in a queue – the conversation carries on.
See for yourself
These four buttons reproduce what happens on a real site. The widget in the bottom right reacts – the way it would react on yours.
Pick a case – the widget in the bottom right answers right away.
It looks like your brand
Click your way through: surface, background and text – the widget changes at once. What you pick stays; what follows from it is recalculated until the text stays readable. Even yellow on white.
With other providers a widget can be configured until it is unreadable. Not here.
What happens to the data
Briefly: as little as possible, and none of it leaves Europe.
Servers in the EU
Everything runs on machines in the European Union. No transfer to third countries, no processors outside.
Personal details are masked
Card numbers, IBANs, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are replaced in the visitor’s browser – and again on the server. What never arrives cannot leak.
No third-party requests
The widget loads nothing from other servers: no font, no pixel, no tracker. Your visitors are not reported anywhere else.
Measured
No estimates. These come from real measurements on this page and you can check them with your browser’s developer tools.
If you want the detail: protocol, error codes, accessibility and the status behind every promise are on the technical page. Technical detail
Fits your tools
Webhook and Slack are done, the rest is prepared. If a service hangs once, it waits in a queue – a chat message is never held up by it.

What is still missing
So nobody finds out while integrating:
- MousePlayer does not fire the agreed events today – the bridge polls actively instead.
- REST API and agent console are started, not finished.
