Live chat that was there for the whole session.

A chat widget that never has to ask what went wrong – it was there. Reactive.chat and MousePlayer share one session: when somebody hammers the same broken button three times, the chat knows before the visitor types.

Launcher in 20 ms

Measured: 11 to 21 ms until the button is there, with no layout shift. Under 40 kB in total, loader under 3 kB – vanilla JavaScript, no library, no web font fetched.

Shadow DOM

The widget fully encapsulates its CSS. It breaks nobody’s page, and nobody’s page breaks it.

AI from day one

Not a paid add-on. Personal data is masked in the browser before it goes anywhere.

It was there

Rage clicks, checkout drop-off, script errors – the agent watches the cursor live while typing the reply.
