What this page does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It embeds no analytics and no audience measurement – not even our own.
- It loads no font, no image and no script from third-party servers. No CDN, no embeds, no social buttons.
- It builds no profile and uses neither the language nor the colour choice for recognition.
Loading the page triggers exactly one request, and it goes to our own server. That is checkable: open the network panel in your browser and reload.
Browser storage
Exactly one entry, and only if you trigger it yourself: if you pick a colour scheme below (light or dark), rc_theme is stored in localStorage so the page looks the way you set it on your next visit.
The entry contains nothing but the word light or dark. It holds no identifier, cannot be linked to other data, and is never transmitted to our server – it stays in your browser. Set back to System, it is deleted rather than set to a value like “system”: a stored statement that has no effect does not belong in storage.
Because this storage serves solely the presentation you asked for yourself, it does not require consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. As long as you choose nothing, nothing is stored – the default is your operating system setting.
Access log
Like every web server, this one records that a page was requested: IP address, time, requested address, status code, bytes transferred, referring page and browser identification.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure server (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days; they are not combined with other data and not analysed unless there is an incident.
Language
The page language is derived from your browser’s Accept-Language header, which it sends with every request anyway. The value is not stored. A different choice made with the buttons below lives in the link, not in a cookie.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us using the button or one of the addresses, we process your message and your address in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). There is no mailing list: you get an answer and, if you asked for it, a single message at launch. Your address is not passed on.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal mail to the address below is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Warsaw.
What will change at launch
As soon as the chat widget, the dashboard or a sign-up is added, this text no longer applies. Chat content, session identifiers and behavioural data will then be processed – and that will get its own, considerably longer notice. This page describes today’s state and nothing else.
